REFUND & RETURN POLICY – OLIVIA REED

Can I return my order?

Yes. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery, provided that the following conditions are met:

 ● The item must include all parts, accessories, and original packaging, in good condition.

 ● Only normal use is accepted. Items damaged due to misuse, excessive wear, or improper handling will not be accepted.

 ● Hygiene or personal-use products must be returned completely clean and, if sealed, must remain unopened.

 ● If you detect a defect upon delivery, you must notify us immediately, attaching clear photos of the issue.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including international shipping fees, taxes, duties, or customs charges.
OLIVIA REED is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs arising from international return shipments.

Returns are processed within up to 7 business days after we receive the package and verify the condition of the item.

OLIVIA REED reserves the right to reject returns if the item shows signs of misuse or damage not attributable to the store.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

If you reside in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, without providing a reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us via a clear statement by email to info@oliviareeds.com.

We may withhold the refund until the goods have been received or until you provide proof of return shipment.


Effects of Withdrawal

Once the returned items have been received and inspected, we will refund all payments received, excluding original shipping costs and any additional fees, within a maximum of 14 calendar days.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.


Shipments and Order Cancellations in Progress

Orders are processed automatically.
If an order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In this case, you may exercise your right of withdrawal once the order has been delivered and proceed with the return according to this policy.


Non-Returnable Products Once Opened

For quality control reasons, products containing multiple components, compartments, surprise elements, or consumable/collectible content (such as countdown sets, surprise boxes, or similar items) are not eligible for return once opened, unless the defect affects the overall functionality of the product.

Minor or non-essential defects that do not prevent normal use of the product do not qualify for a full return. In such cases, OLIVIA REED may offer a proportional solution, such as partial replacement or partial compensation.


Return Shipping Costs for Non-Essential Defects

If an item presents a minor or non-essential defect and the customer chooses to return the entire product, return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, even if an issue is present.


Limitations of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to opened products whose nature involves progressive use, surprise content, or multiple compartments once they have been handled.
In such cases, only defect-related claims may be processed, and solutions will be limited to proportional remedies.


Acceptance of This Policy

By placing an order with OLIVIA REED, the customer expressly agrees to these terms, including conditions related to returns, shipping costs, non-returnable items, and proportional solutions for partial defects.


Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

In the event of chargebacks, payment disputes, or claims, OLIVIA REED reserves the right to provide all relevant communications, proof of policy acceptance, product condition evidence, and shipment tracking information to the appropriate authorities or payment processors.

Customer Support and Dispute Resolution

Before initiating any payment dispute, chargeback, or claim with a bank or payment provider, the customer agrees to first contact OLIVIA REED directly at info@oliviareeds.com to allow us the opportunity to resolve the issue.

Failure to do so may be considered a breach of these agreed terms and conditions.

OLIVIA REED is committed to resolving all customer concerns in good faith and within a reasonable timeframe.


Failed Deliveries and Reshipments

 ● If a delivery attempt is made and no one is available at the delivery address, the package may be returned.

 ● OLIVIA REED is not responsible for additional reshipment costs.

 ● Reshipment may be offered as a courtesy; however, the customer is responsible for being available to receive the order.

 ● Refunds will only be processed once the customer has received the order, unless a product defect covered by this policy applies.
